No stay in Hong Kong would be complete without wonton mee, and nothing is more authentic than Mak's Noodle. We are fortunate there is a branch at the Peak Galleria. Go there early, and there is no queue for the delicious, abeit tiny portions, of noodles.
No Michelin star, but close enough.
