a toast for the 90th anniversary

Emperor Meiji (1852-1912) was credited with welcoming Western culture into the Japanese way of life in 1800s. To commemorate the 90th anniversary, barrels of red Burgundy wines and drums of Sake lined the entrance to the shrine.

Whoever came up with the idea is one smart man who should not be driving. Now, when's the party?
